Office Policies
Actually this page is not really necessary. We are very easy to get along with and very accomidating. We did a telephone survey of most of the dental offices in our area, Encino, Tarzana, Sherman Oaks, Woodland Hills, Van Nuys, and other areas of the San Fernando Valley. We try to treat others as we would like to be treated ourselves. For the record we have to include the following information. Call Us.
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is started. Charges are payable at the time of treatment unless other arrangements are made in advance. For your convenience, we accept cash, Master Card, Visa, Discover and offer CareCredit as a no (0%) interest outside financing source.
Please ask our office manager, and she will review the payment options we have available to accommodate your financial needs.
If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving services. We want to work with you in every way possible.
Office Hours
We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. Friday by appointment. A pager number is available for after hours emergencies.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to change your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require changing an appointment at the last minute. Due to the heavy demand for appointments, after missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged a fee.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Our office manager has over 30 years experience in dealing with insurance and she is extremely good at it. Nevertheless, dental insurance has become confusing, decept and complex. Because insurance policies vary and many companies are difficult to deal with, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage.
It is often wise for you to confirm your benefits yourself. Your estimated patient portion is due at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for dental care rendered and allow them 30 days to make payment as required by California Law. We will track this for you on our computer system. After 60 days and repeated phone calls to these scoundrels we will ask you to pay the entire balance. If you have any questions, our efficient staff is always available to answer them and help you in every way possible.
For More Information, please read our pages on Insurance / Financial Policies and on Care Credit Financial Assistance.

"I don't even ask about what treatment he wants to do. I just tell him to go ahead with what he thinks. I trust his judgment 100%." Dorothy H., Medical Office Manager - Northridge |
