So what is this patient focused/ VIP service all about and what does it mean for you? It is really very simple. When we focus our attention on patient service, we get satisfied, happy patients and that's what we like to see. Enthusiastic patients, happy smiles and a healthy mouth make our efforts worthwhile and rewarding. We did our job well. There is  lot of satisfaction in that.

An Idea is Born 

Recently I was at my MD's office. After waiting a long time I was rushed in and waited some more in one of those blue paper gowns that are open in the back. Next I saw the doctor briefly and then I was rushed out by an indifferent young girl still in braces. The medical care was good, a fine doctor, but the delivery was bad. I was not pleased with my visit. If I wanted an HMO I would have gone to an HMO. I began that there must be a better way to deliver health care.

 I thought about it for a while and then asked myself a "what if" question. What if I transformed my office into a place where patient satisfaction and service were  the most important things. I asked myself why can't we offer each of our patients VIP level service. We will make it like the old days when someone cared if you came back. I believe that is called "establishing  a relationship".

 So we all had a big meeting and decided that a change was in order. Truthfully, the staff didn't have much choice but they all agreed anyway. It was my call. It seems to me that the person who said " attitude is everything" was completely right. The quality of the care is all a matter of the attitude and priorities in the office. After much thought  I have concluded our attitude and priorities are all in good order now.

So we have no mission statement, pompous pledges or lofty goals to save the world. There are no fancy moving images or video on this web site. Not even music or pictures of beautiful professional models. If you choose to come to see us, you just get superb quality dentistry, integrity, VIP care and lots of TLC. Sound interesting?
