		<description>Rachel: Hi !!!!. Good question. A stiff brush will only clean the outside surfaces. A soft brush with soft bristles can flex into the spaces between the teeth. Plaque is soft and a soft brush can remove the plaque very well and infact more of it.   Regards,   AM</description>
