in the past few weeks my tongue is rough and sensitive to hot liquids. I have a pain in the right side of my neck extending to my ear. My tongue has been swollen with teeth marks (all my life). Can I have two conditions going on. 43 years of age female.

Very informative. Before we can evaluate headaches we need to see at least a 4 to 8 week diary with as much info as possible about your headaches. This is the foundation for eradicating pesky headaches.

Thank you for this fine article! I am a therapist in San Diego and have seen the psychological impact of asthma and the spiral effect on health overall, I can especially relate to the problem mentioned with asthma leading to bad dental health leading to poor self esteem.

Rachel: Hi !!!!. Good question. A stiff brush will only clean the outside surfaces. A soft brush with soft bristles can flex into the spaces between the teeth. Plaque is soft and a soft brush can remove the plaque very well and infact more of it. Regards, AM
